2. Nature of Service
IMPORTANT: Driver Defence Advisory is NOT a law firm. We are NOT solicitors. We provide self-representation assistance only.
- We do NOT provide legal advice or representation
- No solicitor-client relationship is created
- We provide guidance, information, and drafting support for users who choose to represent themselves
- All content is for self-representation purposes only
- You are solely responsible for your case and decisions
3. Scope of Service
Our service includes:
- Guided case intake and structured questioning
- AI-powered case analysis and risk assessment
- Drafting of court-ready documents (statements, mitigation letters, case summaries)
- Guidance on plea options and court conduct
- Support for ONE driving offence per purchased pack
Multiple Offences: Each pack covers the offences dealt with at one court hearing. If you have an additional offence being dealt with at the same hearing, it is covered by the £49 Additional Offence Add-on — not a separate pack. A genuinely separate hearing (a different court date or separate proceedings) requires its own case and pack.

- Decisions you make based on our guidance
- Any losses, penalties, or consequences arising from your case

Court outcomes are entirely discretionary and cannot be guaranteed.Magistrates may reach any decision they see fit based on the evidence and circumstances.
5. Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate, honest, and complete information
- Reviewing all drafted materials carefully before using them in court
- Understanding that drafted content is guidance only — you must personalise and verify it
- Seeking independent legal advice if your case is complex or high-risk
- Making your own decisions about plea, defence strategy, and court conduct
- Complying with all court deadlines, procedures, and rules
