Refund Policy

1. Nature of Our Service

Driver Defence Advisory provides a digital self-representation advisory service. Upon purchase, we immediately begin allocating AI processing resources, generating your case analysis, and producing your advisory documents. Because of this, our service is a digital product that begins delivery at the point of purchase.

By purchasing a pack, you acknowledge that the service begins immediately and you expressly consent to waive your right to a 14-day cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, as permitted where digital content is provided immediately upon purchase.

2. General Policy — No Automatic Refunds

Due to the nature of the service (immediate digital delivery), all sales are generally final. We do not offer refunds simply because:

• You changed your mind after purchase
• Your case outcome was not what you hoped for — court outcomes are discretionary and cannot be guaranteed
• You chose not to use the service after purchasing
• You felt the advice did not favour a specific plea direction
• You subsequently obtained a solicitor
• You decided to plead differently to any suggested approach in the pack

3. When We Will Consider a Refund

We take quality seriously. Refunds may be considered at our discretion in the following limited circumstances:

• A confirmed technical fault on our platform prevented you from accessing the service at all
• The system failed to generate any documents despite a completed intake
• You were charged more than once for the same case
• A payment was processed but no case was created in your account

In these cases, please contact us within 7 days of purchase with your case ID and a description of the issue. We will investigate and respond within 5 working days.

4. Partial Refunds

Where a refund is not applicable in full but we identify a genuine service shortfall (for example, a specific deliverable was not generated due to a system error), we may offer a partial credit or partial refund at our discretion. This does not apply where the user chose not to complete the intake conversation.

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 5 working days. If approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear depending on your bank.

6. Chargebacks & Disputes

We ask that you contact us before raising a chargeback with your bank or card provider. Fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks where the service was delivered in full may be disputed. We reserve the right to provide evidence of service delivery to your payment provider.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our maximum liability in any circumstances is limited to the amount you paid for your pack. We are not liable for any court outcome, financial loss, disqualification, or other consequence arising from use of our service. Please refer to our full Terms & Conditions for details.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the current policy.
